As part of my mentorship at Art on 30th, I was tasked to create a series of art pieces. This collection is a culmination of my time in Japan from 2023. This work portrays the beautiful sites I saw during my visit with my husband. Recently, I have been interested in collage and mixed media. I challenged myself to use unconventional materials such as handmade paper, washi, string, and natural fibers.
